Sometimes photos inspire us as artists. Permission was granted to me to paint this floral still life by the owner of a beautiful blog. Lilacs cascade out of the top of this gorgeous cream colored vintage vase that is decorated with ceramic lilacs at it's base. It makes a beautiful statement in cool colors of blues, purples and lilacs.
